What you will do
- Partner with business teams to understand and map their processes
- Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations across modules like Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, and HR
- Translate business needs into functional solutions within Odoo
- Configure and optimize Odoo modules for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with developers for custom features and integrations
- Conduct user training and ensure smooth adoption
- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve system performance
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant/Expert
- Strong understanding of core Odoo modules
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Nice to Have
- Odoo certification
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
- Basic technical knowledge of Odoo (Python, PostgreSQL)
